- We are Probus Smart Things and are working on IoT solutions that can be used to solve massive scale problems by connecting things to people.
- At Probus we are digitizing the electricity distribution grids to bring down network losses and ensure that electricity reaches every house-hold.
- We do this by building sensors, controllers, low power edge devices, connect and manage multiple sensors with our ecosystem.

During your time at Probus Smart Things,
- Client Support: Assist in managing client relationships by ensuring clear and effective communication, helping to meet client expectations and resolve issues promptly.
- Team Coordination: Support the supervision of site/field teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and assisting with day-to-day operations.
- Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate in developing detailed project plans while working with other project managers, including schedules, scopes, and learning budget estimations. Assist in tracking project progress and identifying potential risks.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Assist in monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and helping to implement effective solutions. Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations to communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Customer Interaction: Provide support in handling customer interactions professionally, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- SLA Support: learning SLAs and assisting in maintaining SLAs according to client requirements
- IT Coordination: Help oversee the integration and management of IT systems
related to the project, coordinating with IT teams to ensure technical requirements are
met. - Field Management Support: Assist in proposing and managing field management
services, including maintenance of DCUs and addressing power supply breakdowns.
Qualifications Required-
- Bachelor/Post Graduate degree in Engineering.
- Basic understanding of utilities, or distribution grid.
- Experience in customer/client management, site/field team and IT team coordination,
Project Management, EPC profile. - Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills and reporting skills.
