Who we are?

• We are Probus Smart Things and are working on IoT solutions that can be used to solve massive scale problems by connecting things to people.
• At Probus we are digitizing the electricity distribution grids to bring down network losses and ensure that electricity reaches every house-hold.
• We do this by building sensors, controllers, low power edge devices, connect and manage multiple sensors with our ecosystem.

During your time at Probus Smart Things,

• Financial Reporting & Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting– Lead the financial reporting process, providing detailed analyses of key financial metrics to aid decision-making at the executive level.
• Communication & collaboration- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance financial reporting systems and ensure the effective dissemination of financial data.
• Audits & accounts- Ensure the timely preparation and submission of financial statements and reports, oversee audit processes, both internal and external, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and optimize financial reporting accuracy.
• Compliance-Maintain compliance with all financial regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence to local and international accounting standards. Ensure the accuracy of financial records, protecting the organization from legal and financial risks.
• Leadership and time management-Lead a high-performing finance team, providing direction, mentorship, and development opportunities to ensure excellence in financial operations.

Qualifications Required-

•  Qualified/Pursuing CA.
• Working experience of 4 to 6 years proven knowledge in accounting, finance, Business
  Administration.
• Knowledge of TDS, GST, MIS, Yearly book closure and Zoho or SAP is mandatory.
• Experience with company financial statements analysis and a strong understanding of corporate
  finance concepts.
• Should be capable of implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with
  laws and regulations, and to optimize financial performance.
